A Fully Renovated Three-Bedroom Home in Arlington — 6105 Meadowside Trail
Open House: Saturday, October 31 from 11 am to 1 pm
6105 Meadowside Trail has been updated from top to bottom, and the result is a home that’s genuinely turnkey for the next owner — not just cosmetically refreshed.
The open-concept floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas in a way that keeps daily life easy and entertaining comfortable. The kitchen has been remodeled with updated cabinetry, sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and enough prep space to actually cook in. Both bathrooms have been renovated with contemporary finishes. New solid surface flooring runs through the living, dining, and bath areas, and new carpet has been installed in all three bedrooms.
What sets this home apart from other renovated listings is the depth of the mechanical work. Everything has been addressed: a new roof, new gutters, rear siding, and energy-efficient windows were all completed in 2026, along with a new hot water heater and a complete re-plumb with PVC piping. A fully transferable foundation warranty provides additional peace of mind for the next buyer. To round it out, the home comes with a free year of American Home Shield’s Gold Plan, covering the major systems and appliances for the first twelve months of ownership.
Out back, a generous yard gives you room for outdoor use without a renovation project attached to it. The location puts you close to shopping, dining, parks, and quick access to major highways.
Stop by the open house this Saturday, October 31 from 11 am to 1 pm, or reach out to the team at Mills Real Estate Group to schedule a private showing.
A Three-Bedroom Home in Fort Worth’s Terrace Landing — 5061 Britton Ridge Lane
5061 Britton Ridge Lane is a well-maintained three-bedroom home in the established Terrace Landing community, offering a floor plan that works well for everyday living and a backyard that’s ready to use from day one.
Inside, arched doorways and hardwood-look flooring give the home a bit of character, and there’s no carpet anywhere in the house. The open layout connects the living area to the dining space and kitchen, which features white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a walk-in pantry. A split-bedroom floor plan keeps the primary suite on its own side of the home, with a private ensuite bath, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet.
The backyard has a covered patio and a fully fenced yard with no rear neighbors, giving the outdoor space a sense of privacy that’s harder to find in an established neighborhood. A new roof was installed in June 2025. The community adds a pool and playground, and the home is zoned to Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD.
The location puts you close to Eagle Mountain Lake and convenient to I-820 and I-35, with straightforward access to downtown Fort Worth and DFW Airport.

A Fort Worth Company Just Opened the Largest Spa in Texas
Canyon Ranch, the wellness brand headquartered in downtown Fort Worth, opened its Hill Country resort on October 29. Canyon Ranch Austin sits on more than 600 acres overlooking Lake Travis in Spicewood, about an hour from Austin, anchored by a 40,000-square-foot spa the company bills as the largest in Texas.
The property has 141 guest rooms, 40 spa treatment rooms, cold plunges, a cedar sauna, two pools, and recovery services alongside the expected massage and facial offerings. The signature restaurant, Estella, is led by Val Cantú, a Central Texas native whose San Francisco restaurant holds three Michelin stars. The resort also introduces what it describes as the first Women’s Wellness Collective of its kind in a resort setting, covering hormonal health, perimenopause, menopause, and postpartum care.
For buyers interested in something more permanent, the Ranch Home Collection offers 134 single-family homes on the property ranging from 3,200 to 4,800 square feet, on homesites from 0.8 to 3.7 acres, starting at $3.8 million.
Overnight stays start at $1,325 per person per night, all-inclusive. Canyon Ranch moved its headquarters to Fort Worth in 2017 and opened its local wellness club at the Crescent in 2023.
